Tracie was my realtor and I could not have asked for someone better! As a first time buyer I was somewhat unaware of the purchasing process. My family has been working with Tracie for over a year to find the perfect house to call home. She helped us realize our dream home with her commitment to helping us, her brainstorming, encouragement, and enthusiasm. I also want to acknowledge the lender Tracie works with. They did an amazing job of getting us pre-approved, explaining the details, and walking us through the process, even before we purchased a house. After the offer was accepted, the lender worked hard to get everything done and processed so we could move in. Our house, because of both Tracie and Cara's( the lender agent) closed 9 days early. We were able to start the move the day we received the keys.
Our overall buying experience with Tracie and the lending company and agent was far beyond a 10, If the scale were 1-10. It was off the charts.
